  Chainsmith Bike Shop is one of the most professional bike shop I have ever been. If you are looking for an advise, place to service your bike or planning to buy a bike or cycling gear, great team will always provide brilliant help, as all of them are very professional cycling gurus :) On top of their outstanding service, they are also organising morning bike rides, which vary on the difficulty level. So regardless if you are commute cyclist, coffee-ride amateur, serious amateur or pro, you will find Chainsmith simply the best.

  What really made this my preferred bike shop was when when I had a crash on a Saturday, and the shop took my bike in for repairs and service for a same day return. They got to my bike towards the end of the day and discovered a problem with my rear wheel, which could have been caused by age or in the crash. Ultimately the wheel could not be fixed but Ali and Dave stayed open 90 minutes past closing time on a Saturday and replaced 9 nipples on the wheel tyrying to fix the wheel, and did not charge me for that effort. Talk about excellent service!

  I have had my bike serviced here many times and the quality of work has always been excellent, and better than a couple of the big CBD bike shops I have been to.

  Decent, helpful guys. Needed a specific tool that they didn't have for sale, but they just helped me out using their own tools without even asking to be paid. Big kudos.

  Friendly service but some items prices are way too much such as locks. Sometime Booking won't be recorded so very busy people so two times called conformation needed. If they replace New Tube within one week, they will charge again.

  Brilliant little bike shop with a mechanic who is a true perfectionist. Really knows his stuff and is able to offer excellent technical advice for components and bike fitting. Highly recommend!
